  • · The Urnieta Plant specialises in UHT technology products, in different formats.
  • · It offers three types of milk treatment: Direct, indirect and mixed.
  • · It has 13 packaging lines in the following formats: Slim 1l, Prism 1l, Slim 200cc, Slim 500cc and base 1l, reaching a total capacity of 315 million litres a year.
  • · It currently manufactures basic milks, special milks (calcium-enriched, Omega 3, growth), milkshakes and creams for different purposes.
  • · Furthermore, it is the plant in the group which prepares and packages Lactose-free Milk, using its own technology.
  • · It has one packaging line for broths of different specialities.
  • · It has one cogeneration plant comprising 4 engines with a total production of 12 MWh.
  • · It holds ISO 9001 certification. It is currently in the process of implementing ISO 14001 and IFS certification.
  • · The Karrantza plant specialises in producing a range of plant products based on our own extraction of liquefied soybeans.
  • · I has one aseptic bottling line in 1l-bottle format, which bottles natural soymilk drink and flavoured soymilk shakes.
  • · This line has a capacity of up to 35 million litres a year.
  • · Alternatively, it has a fresh milk packaging lime in Tetra Top format, packaging whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed ultra-pasteurised milk.
  • · This line also packages cream for coffee.
  • · The ultra-pasteurised milk line has a capacity of up to 32 million litres a year.
  • · It holds ISO 9001 certification. It is currently in the process of implementing ISO 14001 and IFS certification.
  • · The Renedo Plant specialises in sterile packaging technology products, in 1l and 1.5l formats.
  • · It has three types of treatment for whole, semi-skimmed, skimmed and special milk for caterers, together with different flavoured milkshakes.
  • · It has two sterile bottling lines, with a capacity for up to 128 million litres a year.
  • · Alternatively, it has 1 packing line in Slim 1l format, by UHT treatment, with a capacity for up to 25 million litres a year.
  • · It has one cogeneration plant comprising 2 engines with a total production of 4 MWh.
  • · It holds ISO 9001 certification. It is currently in the process of implementing IFS certification.
  • · This plant specialises in milk production using UHT technology.
  • · It comprises two packaging lines with a capacity of up to 50 million litres a year. It packages whole, semi-skimmed and skimmed milk in Slim 1l format.
  • · It holds ISO 9001 certification. It is currently in the process of implementing ISO 14001 and IFS certification.
